Guangdong Heyuan Seafarers Management Centre, Heyuan Ocean-going Seafarers Service Limited Company is set up in 2002. It is a professional organization of various seafarers’ employment, output and management, and is the unique seafarers management centre of COSCO (China Ocean Shipping Company) Guangzhou in Guangdong. It is also a large-scale professional seafarers service company in Guangdong. There are more than 500 international seafarers in the company and it has been transporting international seafarers for COSCO and many other shipping companies at the same time.

    The companies that Guangdong Heyuan Ocean-going Seafarers Company cooperates with are all international large companies and their business spreads all parts of the world and 1500 ports in region. Some of the seafarers are directly sent to the foreign ships. The treatment of the seafarers in our company (including the wages, labor insurance, boarding fee, foreign exchange subsidy, etc.) is better and lasting, and the income is about 5000 yuan per month. There are satellite communication navigation, large computer and other modern and new technique to ensure the safety of navigation.

    The labor and society security government department strongly support the seafarer’s employment, training, output and management of our organization. We have set up efficient seafarers management system and accumulated a lot of management experience. As far as the seafarers’ social insurance and the relations between employer and employee are concerned, we have much in common with the government department concerned. What’s more, we’ve greatly reduced the human resource cost of shipping company, and attain the profitable situation as “seafarers working hard, employers being rich, and management centre developing”.

      We aim at “output one person, separate one family from poverty”, and employ and output outstanding seafarers.
